This means if the carrier has filled the form and submitted it
If it is “Unsubmitted”, Agheera will not do anything with it and wait until it is “Submitted”
If you want a carrier onboarded and the status is “Unsubmitted”, please remind the carrier to fill out the form
Integration Status (Carrier Integration)
Once the invitation is “Submitted”, Agheera will start to work on the integration in the next 3 business days
The “integration Status” can be either
WIP (Someone is working on it)
Pending (Waiting for Input from someone)
Onboarding completed (data is in the Agheera Phoenix Portal, vehicles are trackable, please check wether all vehicles are present and license plates are correct)
On Hold (integration was stuck for too long, or is otherwise not needed anymore)
Broken (Onboarding was completed earlier, but now something happened to the integration f.e. password was changed, API stopped working etc.)
Escalated (if Agheera does not get a response, it can escalate the case back to the Inviter to push the carrier)
Responsibility
This indicates who needs to do something in case the “Integration Status” is NEW, WIP, PENDING or ESCALATED
If it says “Customer”, in all cases it is a good idea to check for the carriers vehicles in the Agheera Phoenix Porta
if vehicles are missing - please push the carrier and request an update
