Submission Status
  • This means if the carrier has filled the form and submitted it
  • If it is “Unsubmitted”, Agheera will not do anything with it and wait until it is “Submitted”
  • If you want a carrier onboarded and the status is “Unsubmitted”, please remind the carrier to fill out the form
Integration Status (Carrier Integration)
  • Once the invitation is “Submitted”, Agheera will start to work on the integration in the next 3 business days
  • The “integration Status” can be either
    • WIP (Someone is working on it)
    • Pending (Waiting for Input from someone)
    • Onboarding completed (data is in the Agheera Phoenix Portal, vehicles are trackable, please check wether all vehicles are present and license plates are correct)
    • On Hold (integration was stuck for too long, or is otherwise not needed anymore)
    • Broken (Onboarding was completed earlier, but now something happened to the integration f.e. password was changed, API stopped working etc.)
    • Escalated (if Agheera does not get a response, it can escalate the case back to the Inviter to push the carrier)
Responsibility
  • This indicates who needs to do something in case the “Integration Status” is NEW, WIP, PENDING or ESCALATED
  • If it says “Customer”, in all cases it is a good idea to check for the carriers vehicles in the Agheera Phoenix Porta
    • if vehicles are missing - please push the carrier and request an update
